The 41st edition of the Toronto International Film Festival was held from 08 to September 18, 2016 in the city of Toronto in Canada, awarding the best films from a large part of the world. A total of 296 films and 101 short films are projected at the Festival, including 138 world premieres. The movie , opened the festival.
