John Martin Feeney, better known as John Ford, was an American. He has won four Academy Awards, an Directors Guild of America Awards (DGA) and four New York Film Critics Circle Awards. He's known for How Green Was My Valley (1941), How the West Was Won (1962) and The Quiet Man (1952).
